City Bus Service
Gakyid Ride is a cross-platform mobile app that provides information on city bus service including route, schedule, fare and live location. The app was developed to make information on city bus service conveniently available to promote the use of public transportation as a desired alternative for commute. The app is available for download on both Google Play Store and iOS App Store.
Currently, commuters can use the app to view route, schedule and fare. The feature for viewing live location of the buses is presently being tested on the Dechencholing route and will be rolled out to the other buses in the near future. In addition to the above, the app also has provision for public to provide feedback.
